Jack Watson

President
With Thrive since 2020

Jack returned to his hometown of Victoria in 2019 after living in Ontario. In December 2022, he retired as a Senior Relationship Manager with TD Commercial Banking and holds a professional accountant designation (CPA, CMA). Over 34 years with TD Bank, he has held a variety of roles, including loans officer, branch manager, human resources counsellor and analyst.

Jack enjoys giving back to the community, and volunteer roles have included Chair of The Children's Foundation of Guelph and Wellington as well as Immigrant Services Guelph-Wellington. When arriving back in Victoria, he was looking to become involved in the Community, and Thrive Social Services Society was a great fit. He was impressed by the valuable work Thrive does to support people in need and wants to contribute to that work the best he can.

Jack has been married for 34 years and has two grown children. He enjoys staying active hiking, biking and running.
