Patti Faulconbridge

With Thrive since 2016

Patti Faulconbridge was introduced to Phoenix Human Services through a mutual friend of the previous ED and invited to the Board in 2016. Patti’s grandson was receiving assistance from various Ministries and as the custodial guardian she was involved daily with with managing their services. Her time on the Board and as Past President has been filled with enlightenment and respect for our workers in this field. Patti has enjoyed over 40 years of work in Construction and now works part time securing positions for marginalized adults in her field.

Thrive acknowledges that we live, work and play on the Traditional Territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən speaking peoples. It recognizes the First Nations governments across this region — Lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees) and Xwsepsum (Esquimalt) Nations in the core area, the W̱SÁNEĆ Nations {W̱JOȽEȽP (Tsartlip), BOḰEĆEN (Pauquachin), SȾÁUTW̱,(Tsawout) W̱SIKEM (Tseycum)} out on the Saanich Peninsula and Gulf Islands, to the west Sc'ianew (Beecher Bay), T’Sou-ke, and Pacheedaht, and MÁLEXEȽ (Malahat) and Pune’laxutth’ (Penelekut) Nations.
