Rise UP Youth Employment provides services to youth aged 15 - 25 who face barriers to employment. The program was launched in 2015 after seeing a need for supportive employment for marginalized youth.
Rise UP provides one-to-one outreach support to help youth meet their employment goals. Employment Counsellors help with such things as resume building, interview skills, and on-the-job coaching, and work with most youth for between 4 - 6 months.
Thanks to the generosity of funders, Rise UP can offer this program at no cost to participants.
